Whenever I visit the Canary islands, I always use ZipTransfers.
They very reliable, always on time, drivers are friendly and will engage in conversation should you wish them to. And will also just drive and say nothing, if that's what you desire.
Their prices are always very reasonable and I cant see why anyone would use another transfer company.
