I've had a couple of not-so-great interactions with the company. First, the customer support suggested I send my ordered items back and re-order them in order to redeem my points (which was not a great solution, environmentally speaking). Now I just ordered a new product and they charged me a bit more than the price on the website.
So no major complaints, but overall annoying. And it's a pity, because I thought the brand was really cool, before I ordered from them.
