Regarding order# 2991399972 I ordered from a restaurant using their app and when I gave the order the app happily showed me that my order is accepted and will take 50 minutes to deliver and there are 3 riders in the area and anyone of them would pick my order. Then it shows me that a Mr Aftab has my order and will deliver it soon. After 35 minutes they send me a message that my order is cancelled because they cannot find a rider to deliver my food?? How can we believe what you guys report? And the refund will take 2-5 working days. So you take the money from us dont deliver our order and then give us our money after 2-5 working days?
