Been a member for 10 months, and it’s been a total disaster. I had many issues, the rep never contacted me the head office never contacted me. All I had was the phone down on me. I’m cancelling my membership. Let me tell you it’s been one of the worst companies I have used for forty years! And don’t blame covid!
