Before the end of the subscription, I communicated my intention to cancel my subscription. Before the end of my subscription, I discussed the possibility of revising the cost of the package with another member as I only had a handful of properties to list and he confirmed that if I did not sign a new agreement, my subscription would continue on a monthly basis. When I emailed Zoopla to request the new agreement but received no response. Due to the lack of communication, I decided to suspend my business operations as I did not receive any quality leads. Consequently, I submitted my cancellation request after the expiration of my initial agreement. I then received an email mentioning that the cancellation request should submit online, I then resubmitted the request online. Then I recieved a response that i have signed up a new subscription till May 2025!!! its a shock! I have been trying to reach out to Zoopla to discuss and resolve this situation, but I have been unable to speak with anyone. My calls go unanswered, and the cancellation email provided is invalid.

Seemingly deliberate undervaluing for what purpose? They have a property of mine showing an EPC rating of E, when it is in fact D. It has been D for well over a year. This was pointed out to them numerous times and they refuse to correct their mistake, and in the process they appear to be attempting to undervalue my (and presumably many other people's) property. As a lot of people use their website and try to get an idea of property value from doing so, and as they appear to deliberately do nothing about their inaccuracies, I am happy to arrange group legal action for other people also affected. Just go on twitter with hashtag #ZooplaLegalAction and I will keep an eye out for you.

I opened account with Zoopla in February with a lovely gentleman named T. and was quickly explained that my subscription will be automatically renewed on on-roling 30 days contract but if I would like to cancel it all I will have to do is let T. know and he shall get it sorted for me. I had account for Zoopla commercial and the account was closed after I didn't need it as T. explained so in the month my contract should end I rang T. to cancel my contract but my calls were unanswered. In a few days I emailed Zoopla advising I would like to cancel my subscription and then I was informed my contract was automatically extended for another 6 months. I contacted Zoopla many times from abroad and asked for contact by someone to explain this misunderstanding as I only had three houses to sell what I explained to T. in February anyways. I am not trading anymore as I moved back to Poland in July, I am no longer certified member of The Property Ombudsman but yet Zoopla explains I will be billed until end of my contract that was basically mis-sold by someone who seems is no longer working for them. My advise is to avoid them if you run a small business as you might end up paying for services because they do not understand you might change the profession.

Terrible Customer Service For us they are a terrible company with terrible ethics. They did not help us. They were of no use. They miss-sold their services to us. They didn’t list a single property. They said we could try for 6 months and then this non-existent service that we received nothing for, instead of refunding us they charged us for an extra 6 months. We are asking them for a refund. Their sales staff must have known they were miss-selling their products but did so anyway. Avoid them. Use any other property listing company. They do not look after Agents. They will try to rip you off at any chance. Over- priced, under-delivered, returned nothing and did not give a refund.

My semi-detached house suddenly became mid-terraced from last year. I asked them to remove my property from Zoopla instead of degrading it value. These people never considered. Very poor and will never sell using this site.

I've made many internal changes to my home and I cannot find any way to make these changes on your sites, so I won't be using you when it comes to selling because you won't be accurate.

Despite requesting that they remove my home (complete with someone else 20-year-old photos) on a number of occasions they have ignored all my requests. They represent our home incorrectly. I don't believe that it's even the same house! It's a complete invasion of privacy.

Wildly differing values that seem to have no bearing on sale history or neighbouring property. It would be farcical if it wasn’t for the fact that it could be very damaging

Don’t bother! If I could score 00000 I would!! Been a member for 10 months, and it’s been a total disaster. I had many issues, the rep never contacted me the head office never contacted me. All I had was the phone down on me. I’m cancelling my membership. Let me tell you it’s been one of the worst companies I have used for forty years! And don’t blame covid!

Our main house according to Zoopla is now missing a living room. Our rental property is downgraded in value based purely on the pre-upgraded images Zoopla annoyingly insist represents our place. Rightmove have it bang on. Zoopla are absolutely clueless. Typical are the rundown kitchen image here is Zoopla and the upgraded image is as it is now as Rightmove have it.

Zoopla have lost all credibility on prices , they wildly change as the inacurate algorithm updates. You cannot trust it , It sometimes shows rediculously high and then it shows rediculously low a couple of months later. It is not a trusted or validated property estimate price as they have not even seen the property.

I have done more work to my house than either of my neighbours by far and yet my valuation is lower than both of them.....Zoopla has gone downhill..seems like this is all geared up for people to borrow less money against there house as the valuation would be considerably lower...a lot of mortgage companies do desk side valuations using Zoopla.
