SCAM cancelation policy.. Company isn't as genuine as you would think, if you place wrong order, forget they listen! I tried to cancel seconds after ordering but there was no such option even though they would try to gaslight you there was. they won't let you cancel, then you need to wait nearly a week for delivery of the wrong items. I made mistake ordering dog food for large amount of money, they won't let me cancel and I have no funds to buy correct dog food. The customer help line will fill you in with empty apologies and gaslight you. Id never buy anything from them again as they cancelation policy is SCAM. I did inform a girl at customer service I will put negative review if they refuse to cancel it to which she replied its not a problem and I am welcome to do that so here you go I will do it everywhere I can .
