Parcel not delivered within ages timeframe. I had a repeat subscription. They know that deliveries can take up to 6 working days, but they only dispatched it the day before the expected delivery date. When I contacted the costumer service they made sure to inform me their delivery times instead of looking that i don't need to order, it is a repeat order, so it's from their side every 2 months.
I'm cancelling my subscription and looking at another brand of dog food for my dog.
