“I don't recommend it at all. All orders arrive late, and they continually try to fix the problem with a 10% coupon. I placed my last order on March 29th, and today, April 11th, I still haven't received it. I had to call to find out because they never contacted me about the shipping status or the problem. They told me the package would never arrive, that it had been returned to the warehouse, and that I wanted to reorder it. I placed the order again on Wednesday, and I still haven't received it. 12 days later.”
“So far its pretty good and fairly quick on delivery, how ever the CS not very helpfull and one of them just hang the phone on me!? 🤷🏽♂️ its a reel shame you cant offer savers on two different flavours for the dog food “taste of the wild” not too sure why really but got to buy both same to have a better price! So slightly disappointed and so you know your phone system is pretty bad. Thank you”
