“Parcel not delivered within ages timeframe. I had a repeat subscription. They know that deliveries can take up to 6 working days, but they only dispatched it the day before the expected delivery date. When I contacted the costumer service they made sure to inform me their delivery times instead of looking that i don't need to order, it is a repeat order, so it's from their side every 2 months.
I'm cancelling my subscription and looking at another brand of dog food for my dog.

“I don't recommend it at all. All orders arrive late, and they continually try to fix the problem with a 10% coupon. I placed my last order on March 29th, and today, April 11th, I still haven't received it. I had to call to find out because they never contacted me about the shipping status or the problem. They told me the package would never arrive, that it had been returned to the warehouse, and that I wanted to reorder it. I placed the order again on Wednesday, and I still haven't received it. 12 days later.”
