I am truly disappointed and frustrated by my experience with this company. After ordering bespoke heavy curtains—advertised as black—I was shocked to receive curtains that were a dark greenish-brown colour instead. This was not what I was promised or looking forward to.
I initially thought this was a simple mistake that could be resolved. Customer support started off by suggesting I order samples to check the material. At this stage, the seller was quite responsive, and I received the samples after a week—but to my disbelief, they sent me ORANGE samples! What a joke. I reported this back, waited another week for a replacement, and received a sample that was a bit darker than the actual curtains, but still nowhere near black. I then sent multiple pictures alongside my black furniture and other decorations in my bedroom to prove that this colour was not black or even close.
For the past two weeks, I have contacted them several times and received absolutely no response. This complete lack of customer service has made an already disappointing situation feel even worse. I feel let down, dismissed, and honestly shocked by the lack of basic customer care from this business.
All I wanted was for the company to acknowledge their mistake and help make things right. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves honesty and support—especially when something goes wrong.
Be aware, be warned: if you run into any issues, they simply won't respond!!”
