“No goods received After order placed 11 Days ago. No contact or update from Ellie James. Only after Threatening further action did they reply unsatisfactorily that avoids not yet despatched. It's a pair of earrings that they were quick to take money from my account for - still no satisfaction or reason given. I am going to Trading Standards.”
