Overall, I've been very pleased with 10to8! There are a couple of things that the platform doesn't do that would make it so much easier on my business, but I make do for now.

All in all an excellent product. There are some times when response is slow which can be frustrating when patients are waiting.

I like 10to8 for it's many options. Not keen on how the scheduler looks on my website. Doesn't look sleek and polished. Don't care for the interface.

My business is very small so I am just using the free services. For now, they are excellent. I can see myself moving into a paid service as things progress.

10to8 makes scheduling and payment booking easy and fun to use! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when software errors develop with my account (which they have done from time to time), I find that I have to inform 10to8 of the issue instead of the other way around. The errors have prevented clients from messaging or replying to me through 10to8, as well as receiving Zoom links in their email appointment confirmations to start online appointments at the scheduled day and time. 10to8 are always responsive and ultimately resolve the issues, which I deeply appreciate and why I remain loyal to their service; however the errors have cost me business and future bookings with some clients dissatisfied with online booking. My hope is that 10to8 can improve its troubleshooting of its software to minimize or even mitigate user issues and make the experience even more rewarding for its customers. Thank you for your consideration of this review.

We try our best to keep errors to a minimum, and we always appreciate it if users let us know if they come across anything that doesn't look right and that we might have missed.

I really love 10to8! Their site has really made a huge difference for my patient scheduling, and the reminders sent are wonderful. Patients also comment on the ease of use.

I have used 10to8.com for a couple of years now in my role as an academic support tutor, and do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone in need of an automated booking system - yes, there is a slight learning curve for setting up your staff and services, but once that is done it's a very simple process to add in both Zoom and MS Teams integration and link it to your calendars.

I've been using 10 to 8 software for almost 2 years. Absolutely love how easy it is to use! I have a small Pilates business now, but had a larger studio for 10 years and used many other software companies that gave me many headaches setting anything up.

Great program for class management, the interface is a little bulky and not user friendly at times. The prices limit should be set per currency and not set at 100 units, since that is a vastly different value depending on what currency you are working with. Also, a more in-depth customer service review system would be nice.

There have been a lot of glitches and issues, but they are slowly being resolved. The customer service is great, and the appointment website looks great! Overall it's still a pretty good service, that's fairly user friendly.
