It's great but a lot of my clients are saying they are receiving more than 2 reminders.

We are a small sport & Social Club and can only afford the free package. It is a good appointments calendar and booking system for our Club. I was able to adapt a existing class template But could do with more customisation in the free package E.g. change the background picture, more colour coding and simplifying or customising the customer interface.

It needs a few tutorials. It took me long to find everything and I made needless mistakes. But overall a great app and making my life much easier.

Very good for a free service. It’s so helpful that we don’t have to pay for this as we just started our business up. The only nit picky thing I have is I wish you were able to customize the appt. time a little more. If your service is a set time, you can’t adjust it unless you change the length of the service.

I wanted to make you aware that we offer to edit the start and end time at the time of booking (if you book the appointment as a staff member, on behalf of a customer). If you are looking to offer more flexible slots, e.g. a 30 minute slot every 15 minutes, we offer an interval function. need buttons to move to 2, 4, 8 weeks ahead for next appointment the diagonal steps in the background of calendar view make the time slots unclear. the time has a little bar above it that looks like the hour marker rather than the feint line within the diagonals. It is difficult to easily pick the time before selecting it

I love 10to8 for many reasons! It is so much bang for your buck! A few features that it is missing that would seriously make my experience 5stars and be so much appreciated is if the my customer reviews would be displayed at the top of my booking page. I do not have a website so all of my amazing 5 star reviews only ever come to me in my inbox. As a small business, reviews are KEY to building a strong clientele base. This is the only thing that would improve my 10to8 experience. The price point is fantastic and it offers all of what the more expensive companies offer as well! Thanks 10to8 (now imagine that none of your reviews were visible 😉)

More flexibility to open or restrict certain appointment types to best meet needs of clients and business required. More flexibility in choosing buffer times, wait times, between appointment intervals, etc... would be helpful and could provide a mechanism to restrict or open up certain appointment types for booking.

Should be able to choose VIDEO CONFERENCING (ZOOM ETC) as a LOCATION. It is otherwise very confusing for clients. Should have SEARCH function

I'm really enjoying this scheduler. It's easy to use, helps my work flow and has saved me a lot of time. I've had a few glitches with my own calendars somehow filling entire days even when there is nothing filling the day. Other than that it's working well.
