Overall, I've been very pleased with 10to8! There are a couple of things that the platform doesn't do that would make it so much easier on my business, but I make do for now.

All in all an excellent product. There are some times when response is slow which can be frustrating when patients are waiting.

This is my only experience of using online booking ,so have nothing to compare to. No problems with it so far .

I like 10to8 for it's many options. Not keen on how the scheduler looks on my website. Doesn't look sleek and polished. Don't care for the interface.

10to8 makes scheduling and payment booking easy and fun to use! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when software errors develop with my account (which they have done from time to time), I find that I have to inform 10to8 of the issue instead of the other way around. The errors have prevented clients from messaging or replying to me through 10to8, as well as receiving Zoom links in their email appointment confirmations to start online appointments at the scheduled day and time. 10to8 are always responsive and ultimately resolve the issues, which I deeply appreciate and why I remain loyal to their service; however the errors have cost me business and future bookings with some clients dissatisfied with online booking. My hope is that 10to8 can improve its troubleshooting of its software to minimize or even mitigate user issues and make the experience even more rewarding for its customers. We try our best to keep errors to a minimum, and we always appreciate it if users let us know if they come across anything that doesn't look right and that we might have missed.

I am generally satisfied with 10to8. There have been a few issues along the way, but I was able to get them taken care of with some guidance from the staff. I feel confident in the program and it does what I need it to do. Thanks for providing the service!

Would still like the ability to book 5, 6 or 7 calls on a specific day without a time, maybe with an morning or afternoon preference. This would give mobile businesses the ability to allow online booking and still plan their day in a way that keeps them from potentially traveling 30 miles in one direction, just to go back to where you were when you started.

It does not let me add new clients consent on phone. Have to use laptop or desktop. Also report not available from phone to print.

10to8 has been good with keeping me well informed of scheduled appointments. I like to feature that send reminders out to me and the client 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This provides room to reschedule if need be, allowing flexibility of each day.

The site is great and pretty easy to use! The only thing I would prefer is if the notifications came from the same email and phone number every time. It is very inconvenient to constantly get notifications from different numbers (these are comments some of my clients have made). A mobile app version would also be very nice to have! I can pretty easily access it on my phone but an app rather than a webpage link would be nice.

I only started using 10to8 at the start of 2020 so it's not really had a chance to really make an impact for me. I like that it is UK based and integrates nicely with my website. I'd love to be able to have better options for use with gift vouchers, but other than that it is good. Well worth you giving it a whirl

Im very pleased with the extend of options and usability that the platform provides specially for the free versión. I’ve compared and tried so many others and this was my preferred above all others for my specific needs as a small business. In my opinion it would be a huge step to improve the interface and usability. It’s quite straight forward for the most part however the design it’s not the most appealing among other apps/websites Developing a mobile app would be great as well and I’m sure it will also improve the lag that the website could have through a mobile access and will encourage way more people to use it. The assistance is a bit slow as it’s an email response and sometimes if you can’t find the answer in the help menu it slows you down for over a day to finish your task or settings. Overall I’m happy and do recommend it. People at my workplace started to like it too and you did an amazing job with all the integrations, these are just a few things imo are worth improving :) Keep up the good job!
