“I work in mobile dog grooming and 10to8 has helped me schedule appointments extremely efficiently and with absolute minimal customer “no shows”. All my customers like how they receive the initial appointment email and the reminder follow ups email and SMS. I evaluated so many other platforms and settled on 10to8 because of its simplicity, costs and ability to seamlessly expand once set up. Thank-you 10to8.”

“Great way for clients to schedule themselves and for their appointments to reliably show up in my other calendar with all the needed info included. My clients appreciate the reminders as well. Lots of flexibility in listing different services with different times and buffer times. I looked at and tried a number of other services but found 10to8 the most flexible and useful.”

“I like the software very much. You can figure out easily - you feel the menus are in the place you think they will be, and you do see them. “I started using 10 to 8 scheduling in 2019. It was an excellent decision on my part! I operate as a sole practitioner tax preparation firm. During tax season I would have my wife answer the phone to make my appointments. While that wasn't too problematic, it wasn't the best use of her time. So I started using 10 to 8 and it has worked wonderfully with very few people not understanding how to make it work for them. For those people, they leave me a voice or email and I resolve the issue. It's great to have my clients pick out a time of their choosing for their tax appointment and then to have reminders sent to them as their appointment time approaches!”

“I love it. I have told quite a few colleagues about it and encouraged your use in their business. But, would be nice to have an app presence. My favorite part is that my customers prefer sms over email as it's more convenient on the mobile phone while they themselves are mobile. For me, I find it hard to communicate with them through your platform. I have to dig to find the email sent and then, get their number and then text communicate. The reminders for clients is huge. I haven't had any no shows thus far. I have been also playing around with rooms and locations. If my business became mobile, it would be cool to have a Calender First experience for the client. Let's say I was conducting business at this location every Tuesday during set hours, book an appointment here, etc. Sort of like taking reservations for a food truck. So with that short answers and lack of praise (I kid of course) you ARE providing a great product and a lot of service for "free". Lastly, I like that you are partnering up with a better review provider. I have tried to put your code on my site and can't get it to work. (I have a web design and business development side hustle as well.) So I am probably overthinking that process. Thank you so much and I am glad I found you...”
