“Aliexpress is the platform everybody should stay away from. It provides low quality products and has no customer service after sale. They make money by cheating customers. I recently purchased an item over US$114, it has quality issues I want to return it. It is like a nightmare! They sent a link for printing a return label which is not a return label. Talked to them numerous times pointing out that's not a return label. All they said it it return label. The return label has no return address! Local couriers did not recognize the label. The Aliexpress asked me to prove the label is invalid! Never heard of such stupid request. Anyway, they just play games with you, no intention to solve the problems. Called AliExpress head office in China, they said they have nothing to do with the international Aliexpress. If you want to chat with live agent at "help Centre" on Aliexpress, you have to type FRAUD to get the live agent out. Really weird business practice. AT the end, they closed the dispute with no refund, you cannot return the product, no way to communicate.
