“Landlords beware of this Company. Andrew Reeves countrywide. The Beckenham Branch Letting staff Millie Bowley and Feyi are incompetent and dishonest. They set me up. They put a tenant- Mr Daniel MItchell with fake employment references in my property, gave him all existing sets of entrance keys to my property so I don’t have access and then quite literally put up barriers all over the place. They’ve ignored my correspondence, covered for one another. Their appeals process is non existent. All departments in Countrywide are unhelpful as is the regional manager James Arnold. Im owed the rent stipulated in the signed agreement. The only way forward now is to commence eviction proceedings.”

“We turned up at the house viewing and met someone so casually dressed I presumed they were the owner of the property and not the agent. We then made an offer and heard absolutely nothing back.”

Hi Kimberly, As discussed we are very sorry the way you feel and apologies for the confusion. We had a lot of offers on this property and the seller decided to go with a buyer that had no chain. We hope your new home is wonderful and good luck with your move.
