“Upon coming to a close with the case I notified my solicitor that I DID NOT have a account which was in my name and so then she told me I wouldn’t be able to get a transfer made so she told me I would be better with a check that I could cash in with my father in law , when I received my check I did as I was instructed only to be told that I couldn’t because I couldn’t sign it over to him and I couldn’t pay it into a different account so now I’m stuck with a. Check I can do nothing with …. Tried to reach out and settle the matter with the managers and got absolutely nowhere they received there money while I’m STILL without”

“Jefferies Do not respond to queries or emails. I am about to have the 3rd solicitor dealing with my claim, So will have to go through all the history with them as they have not been invested in my case from the beginning. Also probably because it’s relatively small value, not a massive negligence claim. I wish I had some other firm. Don’t go through ‘injury lawyers for you’. My medical treatment finished last spring. They didn’t jump to arrange a specialist appointment. I have been left to chase them.”

“My case a injury at work went on from 2017,,,,I was swop pp ed from solicitor to solicitor to solicitor to solicitor to solicitor,every time going back to the very s to art as next one hadn't any info so very very unprofectional would never ,,,never never recommend them”

“Why have i payed you as vw paid you as well ? We have a vw as well and the we have. Ot had to pay them as vw have already paid all the court cost ??”

“Absolutely disgraceful service. I have been getting harassed by phone calls non-stop ever since doing an online quote on their website. Getting multiple calls a day with a mixture of private, mobile and landline numbers, and all leaving voicemails. What would make you possibly think that this is acceptable? No way I will be proceeding with my claim with Jefferies Solicitors now. I would stay far away from them.”

“Waste of time.they dont call you and get everything mixed up and expect you to do all the leg work.would never recommend to anyone,basically wasted 6 months of my life dealing with these clowns.”
