“Saying it was delivered...I got nothing! And the tracking steps are ridiculous! No where is there a major hub arrival for fedex and the tracking doesn't work with fedex because it's not legit! They said it was shipping fedex express. They gave my bank the 17track site and of course it worked there! Im still trying to get my money back! Bunch of crooks! 😡”

“more than 2 months that I'm waiting for the delivery... They say it has been delivered but NOTHING arrived!! I am still asking for a proof of delivery but they NEVER answer this request !! REALLY BAD COMPANY NOT RELIABLE !! AVOID !”

“This company is part of a shipping/tracking scam. Scammers in China advertise products at attractive prices and then pretend to “ship “ them using this tracking scammer to make it seem as if your package is one its way, but it never arrives. My “tracking no.”made it seem as if it left China and arrived at Customs in the U.K….but it never leaves Customs! If anything you’ve paid for is “tracked” through 17track then say bye bye to your money and your package. Fortunately I only lost £50…there’s others lost way more.”

“I ordered from a website that was supposed to be in the United States, my order was supposed to be sent within 7 days when I hadn't received it after 14 business days I reached out to them with no reply they finally replied after the third email and said that it had been sent and gave me a tracking link. It's now been 3 months and the link says the package was delivered it was not delivered. It was never sent there's no doubt in my mind”

“Thankfully I got my money back through paypal, but 17track was oddly the only one who could find this tracking number, it was marked as delivered at like 11pm my time. It was not delivered.”
