“ 17 track is a total scam. I’ve ordered 2 things in the past 2 months that never arrived that they said were delivered. The last one wasn’t even marked as delivered until I complained and then it was retroactively marked delivered for 9 days earlier. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they won’t refund because the tracking info says delivered. Once might be a mistake, twice in a row is a scam. ”
