“Twice I've ordered from firms that use this delivery firm. Twice I've not received my item. I've had tracking numbers but one number told me my parcel had been delivered to an address 300 miles away!!!! And the companies involved just say "its been delivered"..... But not to me!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!”

“This is a scam Company I ordered from used my card details and my item is saying delivered yet I never received it and cannot provide a signature! Avoid at all costs.”

“I have had 3 orders by sellers who use 17Track - it appears to be a site that simply enables false tracking information to be uploaded to reinforce he scam seller and resist refunds. Need I say that none of these goods ever arrived - as soon as you see 17Track you know you've been scammed!”

“I have two orders one by ebay then on by wish who used this shipping months apart and never got either items I ordered beware if u want what u order don't order from retailers who use this u will never get your items”

“The following my tracking number after purchasing an item the courier was displaying information that my parcel has been successfully delivered and I have you checked my mailbox? I was living alone at my residence so The package was not signed by anyone I contacted Local Post Office On 0330 333 6556 and they are not able to help me. Costumer service has not being replying to my queries”
