“I scheduled my job from 10am - 12 and offered to send a pic of what I needed removed. I was told that was not necessary. On the day of my scheduled job, I was told the job could be 30 minutes late. I never received a 20 minute phone call so I texted the manager. He said it could be 12:15. At 12:05 received that they were swapping out their truck. At 12:34 received a text saying they just left a big job and would be there in an hour or so! Talked to the manager at 12:54 and was told he could bet someone there in 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes - no show. Had they required pictures they would have a better idea of how big a job would be. You don't get a quote until they show up. So much mangled scheduling with no idea what the cost would be! At one point was told I would get a large (nonspecific) discount. Looking for a more professional junk removal company. Only one star because giving none is not allowed.”
