“Purchase a lig cabin back in May 2025, paid for assembly along with the price of the cabin, still waiting for the delivery and the cabin being built. When I managed to get in contact with the company I was meet with different excuses for the delay, still waiting nearly 10 maths on, hoping the company will read this and contact me with a date.”

“I ordered a cabin on 8th July with an expected delivery in 5-7 weeks, as per the website. After 5 weeks, I contacted the company to book delivery, only then learning of major delays. Had they informed me earlier, I could have cancelled and chosen another supplier. The cabin, due mid-August, ended up taking 14 weeks to arrive in mid-October. This lack of transparency was disappointing, and despite being a repeat customer, I won’t be ordering again due to the poor communication”

“The cabin is great just such a shame its not complete. Two pieces were missing from my order - I was told they would be delivered asap. 6 months later and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company repeatedly and told they are coming soon, I wonder how much longer I will have to wait for something I have already paid for.”

“The ordering was very good - Simon was very positive and helpful. However we did stipulate on the order that we needed delivery within a 4 week period. This was not met. We were promised that delivery would be in the fifth week, but were then informed that it would be in week 6. We explained the reason for urgency, no action was taken to help. I wrote a letter to the managing director, but received no response. Not Good Enough!”
