“ Same old story... I ordered goods, they sent me the order confirmation, then they informed me they couldn't deliver it to my country. I asked for refund = reimbursing me the money, they kept answering with in-store credit (why should I buy anything from them when they couldn't ship it?!). No answers to my e-mails since May 21st, 2025. Frauds and thieves. ”

“ I bought some drip drop sachets from them 2 months ago and the product was not allowed into NZ. They then offered me a voucher which I declined as I didn’t want anything else they sold. After calling them I was told I would get refunded and it’s been 2 weeks with no refund and they are not responding to my emails. Currently feel like I have been scammed and wasted $140.00!!! ”
