“Doors in less than a week and we’ve had a major issue for half of that. Door will not unlock so is jammed shut. I’ll reconsider this review when it’s fixed.”
“Bought a front door 3 years ago and recently the door would not lock. We were given 15 year guarantee but after calling 5 times this week and leaving numerous messages we never received a call back. Due to my wife & daughter not sleeping due to being anxious about not being able to lock the front door we ended paying a locksmith to come out & still no return call from 1st Glass. The door constantly drops due to not been fitted properly so hinges are adjusted to their max causing the door to constantly stick. Avoid at all cost as after service is non existent!”
