“We appointed them and paid them for establishing a branch office of our company in the Netherlands. 1) They wrongly advised us . 2) They did not inform us of all what is needed for registration 3) They did not provide all the documents we provided them to the Chamber of Commerce 4) They received back all the original documents of our company from the Chamber of Commerce and never returned it back to us 5) The stopped replying to us 6) They did not fullfil any of the tasks we have paid them for 8) They only communicate to customers by WhatsApp and email only two hours a day and never with no voice communication 7) They keep both our original company documents and our money and disappeared.8) They have created big damages to our company who relayed on them to give the required services which we never had thus encountering huge losses.”
