“I recieved blinds, tangled in box. I tried installing as instructions said, blinds fell down, got tangled and bent. I emailed the day recieved and again 3 weeks later however still no response. I never leave reviews but these are so disappointing”

“My experience with 24/7 Blinds has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I originally placed an order in August 2026 and encountered several issues, including delivery delays and a discrepancy in the blind specification quoted. While the specification issue was eventually addressed, I ended up having to pay additional money due to what I understood to be an error on their side. To their credit, they did resolve issues with two of the six blinds supplied and, as part of resolving earlier problems, agreed to honour a Buy One Get One Free offer when I was ready to purchase additional blinds. However, when I returned to place that additional order on 11 September 2026, things took a turn for the worse. I ordered four blinds and subsequently received an invoice that did not appear to match either the advertised website prices or the agreed promotional offer. After checking the figures carefully, I calculated that the total should have been approximately £348.04 after applying the Buy One Get One Free offer. Instead, I was quoted £419.56, a difference of over £70. When I challenged this, I initially received an acknowledgement that the pricing did not appear correct. Various explanations were then provided, including references to an alleged website or IT issue. When those explanations failed to satisfactorily account for the discrepancy, I was ultimately left with the impression that the company simply did not wish to honour the offer because it was not commercially favourable. As a customer, I find this unacceptable. Prices displayed on a website and promotional offers that have been agreed should be honoured, particularly where a customer has relied upon them when making a purchase decision. What has been most frustrating is that this pricing issue is not an isolated incident but comes after multiple previous problems with the original order. Instead of a straightforward customer experience, I have spent a significant amount of time chasing issues, questioning invoices and seeking explanations. I have now submitted a formal complaint and requested a detailed written explanation. Unless this matter is resolved fairly, I will have little confidence in using this company again or recommending them to others. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 24/7 Blinds.”

“What ever you do, do not order from theses people, I have ordered over 12 blinds from them over the years and my daughter also ordered from them. I ordered a roller blind and when it came one of the brac was broken, not a big problem as they sent a new within days. Before the replacement bracket arrived I tried the blind in the window to see what it looked like, lo and behold it was too big. The sizes I sent were correct as it stated it on the box. I called back and they ask for pictures of the box and a tape measure on the blind to see the size of it, that was on the 4th of this month and I’ve only just called to ask where the replacement blind is as I’ve been in hospital having a cancerous tumour removed. Called today and the lady on the phone(and she was lovely) said the email hadn’t been picked up and the production team wanted a better picture of the whole blind with the tape measure on it. Unfortunately I’ve discarded the blind as it was not fit for purpose. The lady did try her best but said the production team would push back as basically they think I’m trying to pull a fast one with them but said I could reorder and get 50%off 🤔not a chance I will go elsewhere now and tell as many people as I can about this. ”

“The blinds are ok. But sadly the chain to close and open are very short. I can not reach them comfortably. The windows are long. So needed to be longer chain to open and close . About 6 inches longer.”

“Quality of blinds terrible, made very cheaply and couldnt put together after trying all day. Blinds not straight. Got fobbed off by customer service who drag their heels to try and resolve. Still without order and a refund. Not a happy customer and would not recommend.”
