“Lovely blinds, excellent quality, lots of colours and designs, speedy response, helpful with queries I would like longer ‘pulls’ on the roller blinds - higher windows need a longer pull (especially for small people like me!). Ikea does a much longer pull, which is then fastened to the wall at the bottom. Maybe you could add some questions about the pull - eg offer a ‘longer pull’ option Do you offer to sell ‘ends’ if my pull breaks and I need to replace it? I’m sure you do if I asked, but maybe say that somewhere in your literature? I was delighted to see you’re based in Yorkshire (hooray!) where my family originated! Thanks a lot - we are loving our blinds!”
