“They could have got it right. Easy to book, car arrived on time. Then the driver point blank refused to move until they were guaranteed that the £16.60 fare was paid in cash. Their website says their cars take cards. Somehow this driver decided that wasn't going to happen so had to leave the minicab and get an Uber. Next time I'll just call an Uber first thing.”
