“Sid was amazing and seemless. He asked me what my problem was, he confirmed payment, gave him access, and he went to work. Cleaned everything up and fixed my issue and I’m back up and running better than ever. Very knowledgeable and gets things done without hesitation. Very professional and I would 100% recommend and be using him for anything else going forward. Very safe and convenient. Thanks again Sid!”

“I was hesitant using an online service but I was desperate and contacted 246pcrepair. Sid was amazing!!!! My computer problems were more than just a cleanup, but he continued to work with me for over 24 hours to make sure everything worked properly before closing my ticket. Sid speaks perfect English which was very helpful and he has a patient and calm demeanor which helped greatly since I was freaking out thinking I would need to buy a new computer. I really appreciate that he continued to help me after the first initial 'cleanup' call and continued to search for the problem until it was resolved. Thank You Sid!!!! You are AWESOME!!!!!”

“Wow What can I say? Sid Came through for me. I called myself doing a diy fix from youtube and somehow made the problem worst than when I started. Not only did he fix my computer he also gave me recommendations on what to look for in a New Computer. My processer is so slow for what I do, I will definitely be upgrading very soon. Did I mention it was 5am his time. Job well done!”
