“never performed the requested actions. after taking my payment a several attempts at my computer said he would call me back, and never did. He has refused to take or return my calls. I am disputing the payment.”

“Paid for two annual contracts for two computers. I call in with a problem and he immediately tells me he can't help me and to take it to my local computer shop!! SCAM!!!!”

Hello Brent Cox, You have been our loyal customer since 11 July 2017 and in the last 8 months we have provided you exceptional service all 5 times when you called, however today you called with a hardware issue which cannot be fixed remotely. Our goal is to simply provide the best service possible, however the remote repair service contract does not covers any hardware issues. We will be more than happy to help you with software issue for the term of the contract left with us and apologies for the inconvenience caused as remotely we can only fix software issues and not hardware.
