“Hi, as a loyal customer I was a little disappointed as I really do like your products but I payed for next day delivery for it to come two weeks later, and also to find that I got the incorrect hoodie, I ordered the new core dusty blue hoodie and received a different blue design, how do I exchange and return? Cheers Jack Rayfield”

“well happy with the product after I bought a mystery box the only downside is that I couldnt select different sizes for different product so I am now left with joggers that are too big despite that I couldnt fault the product and will deffo be buying more”

“Sizes smaller than shines ordered XL but more sized as a large. Stitching is not complete around pocket. Although I’m aware all profits go the the nhs, the item is hugely overpriced for the type of Print.”

“Excellent! Bought 4, 1 each for my wife and I, and 1 each for our 2 children. Whilst the childrens are a little too big, they love them! They insist on wearing them every thursday at 8pm as we 'Clap for Carers'. Their Aunty (my sister) is a nurse, working with covid patients at the QE hospital in Birmingham and has recently volunteered to work at the new Nightingale hospital at the NEC. With three young children herself, she is our new super hero and my children beam with pride whilst wearing their NHS hoodies, knowing that in buying and wearing them, they are supporting some of the bravest, most selfless people of our generation! Thanks for a great product and for supporting our NHS! It's about time they were recognised for what they do every day! Will be buying another 3 as gifts for my three nieces. Thanks again Chris”

“Although I am proud to wear the hoodie and absolutely love it and what it stands for, I am so disappointed that on the 3rd time of wearing it within 2 weeks of receiving it the stitching has pull and is becoming undone on the sleeve. Such a shame”
