“I ordered second time, first time quality was amazing, the hood was big. This time I order same model, but black color and the hood was much smaller, thin fabric. I don't like it at all. Probably they started to use cheaper and less materials”

“Usually very happy with your clothes but shipping is more often than not a disaster. Untrackable shipments, more delays than already mentioned online. Also the newer collection of shorts has a lot of (it seems) hastily made finishing as after the 1st wash a lot of the threading is already letting go in multiple places. Used to getting better quality from 304 and hoping this batch is a one of and not the quality from now on. Kind regards, Dennis”

“Can only review the hoodie as that is what I bought. It runs small. There was a fault with it within 2 weeks the company fixed it promptly however wouldn't order again.”

“High quality T-shirts but poor returns policy for customers in Ireland. I had to return a jumper at my own expense. This would put me off future purchases. There’s plenty easy returns services to use like Parcel Connect or similar. Posting at the customer’s expense isn’t sustainable business in my opinion.”

“I used to buy from you a lot but recently your sizes have gone up massively so I used to get a small or XS as they fit but now they are more like mediums and you don’t do the XS size anymore, I love the brand but just don’t fit anymore”

“The order took a bit to arrive and the quality is not the best, a lot of fur comes out of the sweatshirt leaving the pants dirty. However the design of the sweatshirt is really cool.”

“Wasn’t impressed at the quality of the material used for hoodies. A company called Northern Garms make theirs using far better fabric and at reasonable prices. 304 designs look good but I’m afraid I won’t be buying any more after receiving my order.”

“The website is ok however 304 rarely meet it’s obligations in respect of delivery. It accepts the order and more often than not 70% of the items are out of stock… so they take your money and then don’t refund you for ages and that’s when you’ve chased the long overdue delivery. Not impressed.”
