“The website is amazing and the products are perfect but, I am experiencing so many problems with the delivery, I have tried to buy sonething 3 times in the last 2 months and there is always a problem, I guess that this is not your fault but you should take care of that, I just want to spend my money on your site and get some clothes but for one reason or another the delivery never arrive. I have like 10 items of your site dont get me wrong 3 months ago it would be 5 stars, but now everytime that I try to but something I am afraid because I dont know if it will arrive or not.”

“I never learn this is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company, first time was a few months ago, item did not arrived, chased for weeks to get my money back, it was not until I spoke with Amzone I had paid for them via my Amzone account I got my money back. Gave them another chance (you know I was just unlucky last time yes) NO paid for next day delivery, am still waiting tried talking via computer chat only to be told we will get back to tomorrow and my order has not been dispatch even after I had paid £5.99 for next day delivery. So no this is not unlucky this how they work. DON'T be fooled by their reviews.”
