Hi Jordan, Your order was delivered to the address you supplied us on your order. Sadly you entered the incorrect address. We are not waiting to receive the returned parcel from your neighbour. Once this is received we can action the resend, but sadly until that happens we are unable to rectify your mistake. 304

“The pricing and quality is unbelievable and have 0 faults. However I ordered my jumper on Tuesday for an event on Friday and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday next week even though I used next day delivery. Although I wasn’t very happy, after making contact with 304, I received a refund for my shipping which I greatly appreciated. Despite this happening, I will be shopping with 304 in the near future”

“I wasn’t very impressed with how long my delivery took to come as I paid £3.99 for 2-3working days yet my parcel arrived 4 working days later. Plus my order was delivered by the daily mail and gave me an estimate from 11-3pm, which I feel is too big of a gap and could be narrowed down to 2 hour window. Not only that some of the sizes of the leggings came up smaller than they actually was.”
