“OUT OF ORDER!
Ordered several bottles of Champagne Thur 17th Dec for delivery to clients for Christmas.
Bottles were guaranteed for arrival Mon 21st Dec.
I checked several times and was told there was a slight delay.
Started worrying on Wed 23rd only to be told they no-longer had the items in stock.
We have been totally let down.
I don't generally write reviews but felt on this occasion I should.
We will most definitely NEVER use this company again. No answers when you ring, replies via email and by the time they told us they could not deliver it was too late to find an alternative company

“Completely shambolic organisation. I cancelled my subscription, received a confirmation email, and yet they still took £34.99 from my account. The exact same thing has happened again this month. I have again rang and left a message, along with an email outlining my displeasure.
Please whatever you do do not subscribe to this fraudulent organisation.
