They are refusing illegally to refund us due to corona virus cancelled trips. There is a support group on Facebook please join. Disgusting behaviour considering the situation

Awlful customer service - refused to refund Disney tickets, the park was shut due to Covid-19 on the two days I was supposed to go. 365Tickets basically have said tough. Everyone else is refunding - except this company. Avoid like Covid!

For some obvious reason they have lied about purchasing them early when I requested a refund (depsite their chatlog I have saying otherwise), and all of a sudden they send the tickets when I request my hard earned money back.

Avoid like Covid!  We ordered our DLP tickets back in January yet 365 decided to suddenly rush the purchase through for them from DLP a week before lockdown. They are now offering us no refund and an extension of the tickets which is less than a year! Dont believe any of their "guarantees" they are completely untrustworthy.

Awful refusing refunds for Disney Paris tickets!! TICKETS WONT BE EXTENDED UNTIL NEXT MARCH IF THE PARK RE OPENS WHEN YOUR TICKETS ARE STILL VALID!

Disneyland Paris is closed due to Covid-19. We paid for tickets for Buffalo Bill for 9 people. 365Tickets refused to give us a refund even though the park is closed. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY.

California Disney £2500 worth of tickets for family NO REFUND even though the park is closed!!! Horrendous customer service during the Coronavirus.

Very upset by the non response from this company. I paid for 3 tickets and couldn’t attend the event due to government rules. I informed the company who have fobbed me off by not responding to a request for a refund. They have taken my money. AVOID!!!

Totally fobbed me off when asked for a refund for attractions no longer being able to attend due to the travel ban between the usa and uk due to corona virus! Abysmal customer service! Do not use this company!
