Service team once there is a problem don't respond to your email/calls or WhatsApp even leaving messages still not response, getting told he's actually ill so won't be able to leave a message! I I've reported my first problem on the 24th of April after van was delivered on the 23th and since then I will list the problems below
Broken blind
Bathroom vinyl wipped and not waterproof
Lach on the van on the outside broken so door wouldn't stay open
3 air vent covers missing/dirty inside
Front window Leck in 3 different places after being told it wad sealed and fix,
No service history records what so ever
And also what looks to me like bird remains in the inside of my seating
Just not what you expect when you pay 15,000
My awining I pay 1,800 for was missing 2 outside poles just shambles from the being...Still waiting for my carpets & table I paid for on the 6th of April no mention of where these items are such a shame I wish I did my research about this company before dealing with them”
“Just purchased our 2nd motorhome from Steffan in 3a's, so friendly and efficient I cannot recommend them enough.
Any faults we've had in the past have been quickly resolved.
Personally we wouldn't buy a van from anyone else.

The after sale team of Stephen and Charlie were excellent so helpful. No questions to silly to answer. Went through everything I needed to know, plus easy ways of understanding which way to turning the gas on .

“Steven at the shop is very helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us what we needed. Can’t thank him enough.
On another point, don’t shoot the messenger. Whilst I was in the shop a customer was giving the shop assistant a really hard time over the phone because a supplier was having issues getting a part to them. Currently there is a big issue with the supply chain, due to covid affecting manufacturing and supply of the raw products. Be patient it is not the shop staff’s fault.”
“We live in Cornwall, the Carmarthen 3A’s site is 266 miles from our home, a drive of about 5 hours on a good day.
We first enquired about our motorhome ages ago when still in the middle of the English lockdown, and at that time Wales was closed to all. Our initial and all subsequent communications have been through Steffan, who has been great through the whole buying process.
Our decision to buy the Chausson Flash 04 was based on pictures and information posted on the 3A’s website, passed MOT results, and when our daughter and her husband who live close to the 3A’s site were finally allowed to move about in Wales, their assessment of the vehicle. Steffan arranged for the motorhome to be delivered to the Welsh boarder where it could be handed over to us, as Wales was still closed.
The Chausson proved to be as advertised, and with the help of the internet we have worked out how its systems work, as we could not travel to the 3A’s site to be given the customary handover. We are very pleased with it and cannot fault its condition inside or out. We have a few minor niggles, a whooshing noise when accelerating through 3000 rpm, and the air con is a bit weak.
It would have been nice on our subsequent visit to our daughter, to have the motorhome checked over by 3A’s under warranty, but they said because of covid 19 restrictions they would need to keep the vehicle for 3 days or more, which was not convenient for us, or we could book it in for the end of September, some 2 months away and a round trip of 532 miles We will have the niggles sorted at our expense by our garage at home. It goes without saying if anything major happens to the vehicle in the 6 months it will be back to 3A’s.
It’s a pity 3A’s were not able to sort when we were in the area, but they are not to blame for covid 19. The lady receptionist who we spoke to book it in, did as promised ring back to explain why they couldn’t help us at this time.”

“Without a doubt, 3As is - in our opinion - one of the best companies to deal with. In all the years we have been dealing with them we have found their sales staff to be excellent and - just as important - the after sales service to be very good indeed. Any problems and/or faults we have informed them of have been remedied without fuss or quibble. Any accessories we have required have been competitively priced in their well stocked shop and, if any item was not in stock that item was immediately ordered and delivered speedily and efficiently.
