“I regret buying anything from this seller.
Ordered an item with a specific instruction that the delivery deadline of 2 weeks was the key factor, but not only it didn’t arrive by that day, it wasn’t even sent by that day! And the seller blamed me for it!
No one informed me that the item will be sent after it already didn't meet my deadline, otherwise I would have cancelled the order right away. My contact person was Martin, a very rude person who didn't want to even pick up the phone when I tried to reach him. He blamed me for the late delivery (???) saying I should have known the item was going to arrive late because it was coming to them from another place then to me.
In the end, I didn’t even get a full refund, so I have lost my money on the shipping for the item I haven’t even seen AND the refund for the device wasn’t the full price of the device. He blamed me again for canceling the order when they have already shipped it. The refund was also late, I was lied to about the return of the item, saying that it hasn’t yet arrived. But I had the tracking proof it was delivered back to the seller 3 weeks ago (???).
Based on the reviews I have read here, I am sure this person will write a reply again saying it was my fault. Yup, my fault I have ordered anything in the first place. Fuj sram te bilo klošaru.”
