“Centralising spring for front steering wheels broken (unfortunately again - weak link in an otherwise superb kids scooter). Ordered new spring & it arrived 2 days later. Good service from the repairs department. Suggest that side pull or push springs be considered as better system for this job in future.”

“The customer service has been beyond excellent. Thank you Francesca for all your help. The delivery was exemplary. My sons scooter arrived the following day. The quality of the scooters is amazing. My son loves his scooter. No doubt his scooter is the best in school. With the matching helmet it’s a head turner but more importantly the quality is a million miles apart to other standard scooters. Good quality British product! I would recommend 3 style scooters to everyone”

“My daughter loves her 3-style scooter. It's cheaper than what most kids round here have, but hers has lights on the wheels too! We have now bought another for the younger sibling too. For me, their customer service has been truly excellent. They reply (by email) very fast and on each occasion I've contacted them have provided a good and instant answer (replacing parts free when under guarantee, directing me to their reasonably priced website when out of guarantee period). Very very good.”

“I made a speculative enquiry for a spare part for a scooter and from that moment until delivery was complete I had nothing but the best of assistance from Francesca, a member of staff who made the entire experience effortless and renewed my faith that there really are people out there who take the time to ensure that good quality service is provided. “product arrives as estimated or sooner. If per chance I ordered the wrong part they seem to know and add the bits I need (free). Online instruction are easy and straight forward to follow. I've used them a few times as one of my daughters is a budding evil Kenivel. Simple and easy to use website”
