I ordered a custom tablecloth in red and just didn't like the lighter color when it arrived. 4Imprint replaced it quickly with a darker shade of red. It looks great and they were so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I just want to let everyone know what an AMAZING company 4imprint is! We placed a rush order for promotional print items for our annual education event for local optometrists and opthalmologists; After a major setback due to bad weather, the 4imprint team (Melissa, Connie and the entire production team) went above and beyond to ensure we received our order on time and the products absolutely exceeded our expectations---they were PERFECT! Thanks again to the team at 4imprint for all their hard work to ensure we received our order on time and before the event!! This has been the best experience with ANY company that I’ve ever had and we cannot thank them enough! I’ll be shouting their praises from the rooftops to anyone that’ll listen!😂 Ok, that’s a little dramatic, but I HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone in need of print/promotional items!🥳💯

I was in desperate need for customized pens on a very short notice. They came to the rescue. The product is exactly what I needed (and even better as they were each individually packaged) and arrived a day earlier than promised. I greatly appreciate this and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of customized pens

Ordered some kitchen magnets with logo and phone number to send out to our customers. Our logo colors are black, white and yellow, and often the yellow color, when printed, comes across with a green tint, which I heartily despise. NuLee, my representative with 4imprint, went to great pains to make sure to get that color right, with much conversation and many emails between us. I received my magnets yesterday and am delighted with them! The colors are perfect and I am so pleased! Thank you 4imprint, you are a magical magnet maker! Perfection! Couldn't be happier and will order again.

They advertise products with lower prices than others in same category boldly have the audacity to run them as a sale. When you order them surprise not in stock but substitutes at double the price are available in droves Its the oldest dirty trick in the book of marketing They should have to verify their sales of all the lower priced items sold in last 2 years of operation and if they have no sales data to verify should be charged with false advertising They are fully aware of this and even when informed they need to remove that particular ad they run with the ad continuesily regardless Gone are the days of rules and ethics now it's the wild west, whoever is best at lying and upselling wins the day and generates massive sales from deception and dishonesty Shame on all of you, I guess your products can't compete with genuine honest alternatives is why you operate in this disgusting manner

4imprint did not send a dozen of the shirts that I had ordered for an event in a timely manner. I had to send several event participants home without shirts. Today, I checked on an order that I had placed three weeks ago. It has not even gone to production. NO COMMUNICATION, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't recommend them.

Horrible company. NEVER PLACE AN order. They too an order from me that product already out of stock. Then offer me replacement but when I picked one of the items offered they wanted to charge me double. I asked for a refund and boom! Whitney Barnes Is out of office . Now I'm at limbo . Horrible customer service and experience

My experience with this company was absolutely poor. The manager Amanda Dunn definitely did not make it any easier. They were very discriminatory and provided immensely subpar uncooperative services. I STRONGLY advise that you think twice before ordering anything with them. I don’t normally write these type of reviews, but it was honestly a terrible experience.
