Ordered a part after 2 weeks still not arrived, contacted many times using their customer service forms - ignored. Found a contact number for them but it's a premium rate line which left me waiting and then hung up costing a lot of money and still no resolution. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Yes it's cheap but in the long run you're better paying more to a reputable company.

I never received my item, when I tried to contact customer service I've got automated response that they have a problem with the emails. The company is a scam.

Reluctant to give even 1 star. Ordered 2 items last August. Only 1 delivered. Advised in November that there was a delay in getting the 2nd part. Haven't heard since. No refund offered. No phone lines. Customer service is a joke.

Absolute state of a company. 11 days, no delivery - get told i have to wait another 4 days before i can request a refund, which will then take another 5 days to come through, before i can order another part. Zero customer service, judging by the reviews others have experienced the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

OVER 2 MONTHS WAITING so far for a part that was shown as in stock on site, I had to contact them to see what was happening after a month and was quoted a date two weeks later for delivery, never happened, contacted them a FURTHER MONTH LATER and have now been quoted another date… I advise everyone to shop elsewhere, horrible experience, poor customer service, I will not use this company again.

The item I’ve ordered just doesn’t fit but because they didn’t include an invoice l can’t return the item I’ve sent 4 messages without a single reply the telephone number is an automated go away message and now they have the cheek to ask for a review …no customer service at all .

Their customer service told me that the product was out of stock (but the website still showed "in stock" at this time), and I didn't know when it would be shipped.

Wow I would leave no stars if possible customer service is absolutely shocking avoid like the plague they are terrible still awaiting my refund from 9/7/22
