Scammers. I ordered a shelf for the fridge and I still haven't received it. Don't be fooled. Customer service is non-existent.

Paid nearly £9 for saturday delivery for a part that cost over £8. Saturday has been and gone. Ordered the part around 3pm on the friday. Have emailed customer service for a refund. Why would I pay nearly £9 for delivery the following saturday? Rubbish.

poor customer service, was not informed that it would take 3 months to deliver a simple charging cable for a samsung tablet, no follow-up info Customer Chat not at all helpfully first one carried on with standard B/S platitudes and cut me off, second one took more details but mysteriously disappeared after asking for more details that were already in the system.

Wished I'd read reviews before ordering. Parts have not been delivered, no customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered a part after 2 weeks still not arrived, contacted many times using their customer service forms - ignored. Found a contact number for them but it's a premium rate line which left me waiting and then hung up costing a lot of money and still no resolution. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Yes it's cheap but in the long run you're better paying more to a reputable company.

I never received my item, when I tried to contact customer service I've got automated response that they have a problem with the emails. The company is a scam.

Reluctant to give even 1 star. Ordered 2 items last August. Only 1 delivered. Advised in November that there was a delay in getting the 2nd part. Haven't heard since. No refund offered. No phone lines. Customer service is a joke.

Absolute state of a company. 11 days, no delivery - get told i have to wait another 4 days before i can request a refund, which will then take another 5 days to come through, before i can order another part. Zero customer service, judging by the reviews others have experienced the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

No response to customer service response despite having been given assurances of a refund. Joke of a company. Avoid at all cost!
