First order got lost in delivery. Second time trying g to send out said it was going to be 2 day delivery, but still took almost2 weeks to receive. I understand delivery being behind d due to civil, but I haven't had issues with FedEx.

The methodology of the program is phenomenal. Our only recommendation is to consider a interface that it is a little more interactive for the kids, they are use to interact with a more tech delivery. The book are fantastic and our daughter is already reading.. which is impressive.
