I love the program but never received my CD’s. I was contacted by customer service and asked if wanted them, and I replied yes. But have yet to receive them.

So, the books seem ok but the customer service? Not good.

We are enjoying the program but the CDs were missing from our pack. I inquired and was asked by the company if we wanted them still, I replied yes and never heard from them again and never received the CDs. Basically, the program is wonderful but I am disappointed in the customer service.

I'm so proud of her reading and so thankful that I have found this program! I did receive this with a little water damage from shipping, but they have wonderful customer service and fixed it immediately.

Wish customer service had a phone number to cal but when chat was available, customer service was quick and helpful.
