“I phoned at 11.30am Friday for a quote for my daughter to start driving on Sunday ,was told they would phone me back. Phoned at 1.45 pm and left my details again as no one had phoned , was told they would phone back within 2 hrs. Phoned again at 4pm and 6.50pm , still no return call. Phone again 1st thing Saturday at 9.am , was told they would phone back within 2 hrs.
No call all day . Found another company called dayinsure , who contacted me back within 5 mins , with a very good temp cover of 16 wks , so my
daughter wasn't disappointed on her 17th birthday , as was able to go out driving.
4 young drivers insurance were just a waste of time.”
