Been supplied by 6g for nearly 2 years now, it started ok, had a few down time annoyingly at weekend when no one available, but they were normally corrected very quickly on the Monday. However for the past few weeks, the service has been terrible and mostly un usable with speeds as low 4gb per sec, and fluctuating and dropping out all day, even playing a song on alexa is an issue it has and got to the point i have had to have a land line broadband fitted as a back up, i wholly believe this is due to them expanding the network in our area, but should look after the first customers. I would avoid until the network stable, shame as they are onto somthing

I have worked I this industry for 20 years and never spoken to a more inept company. Dozens of calls to try and get setup, endless empty promises, rude sales staff that hang up on me. Direct debits setup but they have no record of it and want my details again. So I have cancelled, and believe I dodged a bullet Under promise and over deliver guys, NOT the other way round. Good luck I believe you are onto something good but really need to invest in your staff training and processes.

Very poor customer service, they never tell you true picture when they are selling, as it is on air broadband, service depends on trees and if they grow internet will disappear. Their agents on phone are very rude if you talk to them after you have committed to them. Stay away from them if at all possible. There is no formal complaint mechanism either.

Poor service + very poor Customer service - using 6g in Burnley since 5 months but service is getting slower and slower so I’ve decided to contact customer services where the guy was seems upset with his owner as he didn’t listen to anything and gave me excuses that you cannot get the better service. Very disappointed ☹️

6 g are useless 6 weeks been trying to get internet speeds up to what they are contracted to give, I don’t get it and as I’ve been told x box downloading and buffering on the tv ( to watch films ) was nothing to do with there speeds and I have it in writing from 6 g in them words I would stay clear and don’t waste your money they get u into contract and do nothing to help last at all DONT WASTE Your Money

Installation great! Since Installation rubbish signal, couldn't use for streaming or gaming! Told me i may need a different package/router upstairs, my other router with same speeds reached the full house so no reason for this not to, also said i haven't give them chance to fix problems but judging by customer reviews its not going to get any better...Got a 24 month bill for 1 months use and early termination..thought my original supplier was bad signal until I had 6g to compare to! Now I realise how lucky I have it.. just glad I still had time left on my original existing supplier contract and I've now renewed! Do not agree to any contracts until you test it!

Very poor . Called to terminate and told 28days would be cancelled . 6 hours later disconnected. Also paid in advance . Always had issues with 6g . Won't recommend

In September 2021 I entered a binding 24 month contract with 6G internet, which I might add is also binding on the side of 6G internet . Despite justifiably having to call 6G too many times, starting on 22nd Dec 2021 regarding the constant drop in signal to my property, and 6G employees calling to try to find out the cause of this problem , there has been no improvement. In fact the problem has now gotten much worse. Every time 6G work on their equipment my service goes down and I have to reboot my router. This seems to mostly happen at night leaving my property vulnerable. I have explained several times to Customer services that my security cameras and Ring doorbell depended on having internet connection, but I know that they do not want to know anymore, and try to fob me off telling me that there is nothing more they can do. This means that 6G are in contravention of their contract as they are unable to provide me with the service they promised. I do not for one second believe this as my next door neighbour does not have these reception problems. I have now had to have Virgin media re-installed at my property in order to ensure continued cover for the above security items. Both the service and customer service from 6G internet has been absolutely disgraceful and I intend to take this matter as far as I can, and also publicise this through every avenue that is open to me . Your motto of "Our network never slows down. Get the speeds you pay for, all the time". This is certainly not true, in my case. I don't think you can say that "the grass is greener."

Zahir. Absolutely the worst customer service and the worst Internet connection and speed. When you ring the customer services they're an absolute waste of time. Never again will I go with these rip off merchants. When you ring up to tell them that the Internet is slow. They do a check on their side and they say its running on normal. Why then would I get slow speed. I want to cancel because of poor service and they are demanding full payment of 2 year contract. Will be contacting ofgem to complain. If you are thinking of changing to 6g please don't make that mistake as I did you will regret it.

Absolutely terrible and shocking nothing less than that can never game and whenever I wrong they say the internet speed is fine have to ring every month atleast 4 times.And when asked to cancel they are asking for £365 this is is just absolutely absurd and ridiculous.DO NOT GET THIS WI-FI!

Mess about company that doesn't work after 4:30 pm or weekends how ya meant to install??? Take a day off??? Wouldn't waste ya time 14 day cancellation period with no Internet to test sound like a brilliant idea but just no customer service that I can see!!!

Hi Jamie, We've tried to contact you on over 5 occasions since the 26th of April to arrange an installation, and received no response. I'm sorry you feel like this has messed you about. Our install teams work throughout the week, and like most internet service providers, we don't have our install teams working in the evening. This is for several reasons, including available daylight needed to connect line of sight antennas, and health and safety. As you've now closed your account, we can't do anything to rectify this. Shocking customer services told 30days for a refund waited 8 weeks rang back and they hadn't even cancelled the account to be told another 30days for a refund. This is after being told they had surveyed the house and we could have it waited for the install day to then be told they couldn't do. Went another 2 weeks without internet due to the 2 week wait time from other suppliers. Quick to take money but don't want to pay it back.

I'm not too sure in regards to guaranteed speeds... I've not had a speed guarantee since installation and the customer service turned a blind eye, even when provided evidence every single time. It should never turn to the point that their end-user has to start diagnosing problems and prove that it is the WISP's problem. Yet, 6G say that I'm having the speed guarantee, but they don't bother to help when you mention that majority of the issues are during peak times (when customer service is closed). It would've been a good start for them to not confirm that they were using indoor frequencies on outdoor equipment (I'm sure Ofcom would love to hear the voicemail recording). Even when IX Wireless engineers come back out to a new install and even agree that the previous installation was awful and not to standards... They did not clip any cables and also left a hole un-filled for the Anker for their ladders. I've given up even trying to communicate to customer support, I might as well speak to a break wall. They even cancelled our landline without prior agreement, I'm still waiting on confirmation of the landline number import to their VoIP service, yet again poor customer service when you have to ask for an update multiple times and have been waiting since January 2022. I do not recommend this company, won't even accept liability and agree to cancel the contract free of charge due to them not keeping their promise on the speed guarantee, and even if the speeds are "good" for that brief moment, expect high latency times, making anything impossible to do real-time. Not to mention that their contract starts at the point of sale and not the point of installation. Meaning that the 2-week cancellation has already passed by the time that you realise that you've made a mistake.

I have been with 6g for 5years and then all of a sudden my internet went off so when I called to ask what the problem I got told that something is broken so I waited patiently for 5days to then get a phone call to tell me that they will have to cancel the contract due to a landlord problem, the best of it is they renewed my contract the day before. I was lied to and canceled I'm disappointed to how they have treated me

I’ve been having problems with 6Gi from day one now I’m having issues with the internet going off and it stays off for days my internet has been off since 21st of Feb and it’s still off in last 2 months I’ve lost connection number of times where it keeps going off and everyday we have at least a number of problem with it going off. I’ve contacted the customer service where the advisor sends you false information. Plus they say they will call you back and they don’t call back. Therefore I would not recommend anyone to go with 6Gi and before you do, do your own research because once you sign that contract 6Gi won’t install until 14 days because after 14 days you can’t cancel your contract. But they will charge you £365 for something that doesn’t work. I’ve also contacted OfCom regarding this where we are paying for something that doesn’t work. In the past years I’ve been with Virgin Media,Sky and other providers I’ve never seen an internet provider which is terrible and unreliable the customer service is terrible It’s not like other internet providers because you can only call them at a certain time. After 8pm you can’t call anybody because they are closed. They may be cheaper then the other providers the mistake I made was looking at the price if the internet doesn’t work and your paying the cheaper price but if you pay a couple extra pounds you can go with much more reliable internet companies then going with 6Gi.

This is worst service provider I have ever seen. We did not have internet connectivity for over 10 days and customer service representative is unable to either provide a time when it can be fixed or provide alternative sources. This is not the only instance where we are without internet for over a week it does happened few times in last six months. These guys are totally useless and stay away from them if you can.

The day of install they had to change 6 routers because they were faulty, it’s been just over 2 weeks and we are having problems after problems with the internet going off when you ring the customer service they tell you to just switch it on and off. But the problem with the internet is the same it’s the worst internet provider I have been with in the last 17 years. If you try to cancel the contract on the day of install The customer service will say no due to contract signed 14 days. They deliberately install after 14 days so you can’t cancel the contract. I have got two routers and am still having problems where the connection cuts off it’s not only once or twice a day it’s a lot of time there is a lot of buffering and when watching a movie it cuts off. If I was too rate 6Gi from 1-5 I would rate it -5 it’s the worst internet and I would not recommend anybody to sign up to them especially if you have Security on the WiFi they will keep going off due to bad internet

They only talk politely but most bad and unstable Internet service. Every evening from 7PM to morning 8AM speed goes down to from 1mb to 5mb down load and upload 0mb. I got 2 routers at home but still zero performance. All the information on their website is absolutely wrong and misguided. Still my WiFi not working and using mobile Internet. I someone want to have 6g must get extra mobile Internet also.

Worse Internet ever started of good for a week the speeds went as low as 1mb/s No apps can even be open have to use data don't get needs alot of improvement
