Con artist. Will promise any thing and everything to get you signe contract. Soon as u singned they will show you true colours. Stay far away possible and be happy.

Worked for 3 weeks and it doesn't anymore, broke on Friday, they said it's probably equipment failure, and god knows when Engineer will come to fix... So happy days, weekend without connection... Wouldn't recommend this company.

Absolutely atrocious internet. Was promised speed of minimum 100mbph, however when conducting a speed test found out to be no more than 5mbph. Been with 6G for little over 3 months now and am disgusted with the service I’ve received. Would not recommend to anyone as it really tests your patience and is down at least once a day- if I’m lucky.

I cancelled my direct debit by mistake, obviously my fault and didnt realise until I recieved a text message threatening action. I called them immediately and they stated I had a late payment charge, which they agreed to remove due to the lack of notifications and the first time it had happened. The person on the phone didnt know how to reset the dd and said someone would be in touch, nothing! I rang to pay again, on the payment due date (at least 10 mins waiting time) I asked them to reset dd and pay my bill. The bill then came with a late payment charge, carried over from last month!! Despite it being cleared and authorised by supervisor! I had to then ring back AGAIN to sort out this charge and was told he would have to clear it and could not promise it could be removed! Despite it already being authorised previous month. The customer service from this company is shocking no-one seems to know what to do, the wait times to speak to someone is ridiculous and the internet speed is lacking in my area. I cannot wait until my contract ends to switch. Roll on November!

AVOID!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Do yourself a favour and keep away from this company... I have been with them for over 3 months and every single month I have been over charged... Contact them 3 times and every time they have managed to say the issue was with their system (we are on 21st century)... Luckily I have spotted the extra charges otherwise they would have took around £45 extra over these 3 months. And you dont get 40MB at allllllllll.... My contract was for 40Mb download over 20Mb upload.... I get 13 download over 8 upload since the first month... Be careful with these people.

Our home Internet is poor, we never have a whole day when there are no interruptions currently we've been 2 days without Internet, apparently an engineer was coming to the mast to fix the problem this morning. customer service delivery is shocking when you call to find out what is going on! Upset we have another 18months of this poor service provider.

At the start of my initial 24 month contract a deposit was paid by myself, to be returned at the discontinuation of services provided. I cancelled the contract in mid-october and here I am in December still waiting for MY money to be returned. They seem to have no trouble withdrawing money from my account but genuine struggles repaying what is owed. I have contacted 6G both by phone and chatting to online advisers, and I swear if I hear the words 'in 5 working day's one more time I'm liable to flip. It's been 6 weeks!

Started off fine with speeds of around 60Mbps but gradually dropped to a steady 15Mbps, which is reasonable apart from the frequent complete losses of signal. My real gripe with this company is that when I finally decided to cancel my contract, I was put on hold for 20+ minutes until the call was abruptly terminated following an automated message saying the lines were now closing please call back between the hours of 9:00-20:00 Mon-Fri... This was at 18:10 on a Thursday!!!! I decided to open an online chat and cancel my contract this way. All was going gly, Doris seemed polite and eager to help, until I stated that I wished to cancel my contract, at which point I was told the online chat service was now closed! What a coincidence. Absolute bunch of jokers and not to be trusted at any cost. I would cancel my direct debit with them and let them chase me (bet their lines would be open after ten past six then) but they owe me £70 for a supposed deposit laid down at the start of my contract. DO. NOT. USE!!!

My intetnet stopped working on Thursday so I reported it, after a lengthy phone call I was informed the problem couldn’t be rectified and they needed to send out a new POE box. This arrived 6 days later but my internet still didn’t work so again after a lengthy phone call I was then informed that a fault would be logged ( 7 days after my initial call !! ) my internet then came back on for 1/2 a day then went off again. Once again I contacted 6G ( via live chat ) to then be told I needed an engineers visit but no arrangements were made for when this would be, so once again I am left for the weekend with NO internet so resulting in limited TV !!! Absolutly terrible customer service !!

It is slow and fragmented and often breaks down. It is never at the speed advertised and I will look to cancel. I would rather stick to a slower cable service until the fibre optic one arrives. In addition the tv is simply dreadful.

No internet for the past 9 weeks, customer service not willing to accept responsibility, blaming that it’s the area or the building around the house that could impact the internet. They asked for engineer visit 200 GBP and ask around 400 for cancellation of contract. Complete fraud and lies about their service. Making people fools and taking money for nothing. They must be given a penalty by the communication dept and banned from operating in the areas. Fraud and money making interests.

We also offered to send an engineer out without you completing any tests and without charge to help get you using the service along with offering 2 months free service. We can see from our side that you are connected to the 6G service and we're confident that there is no network issue as the connection was shown to be working at install. This issue looks to be something that has changed internally since which we've not been able to test with you as yet. Here at 6G we focus 100% on customer satisfaction, we've reviewed how we've handled and responded to your requests so it comes as somewhat of a shock to us to receive this review despite our continued and repeated best efforts to have this resolved for you. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any help, as discussed in your live chat yesterday we don't want to charge you we'd much rather resolve your issue and prove to you how good 6G Internet really is. false advertising and miss sold £24.99 package says totally unlimited broadband then find that they have a tiny cap of 1000gb then £1.29 a gb over this means average mthly bills of £175 for me hell no I left virgin as was promised it be cheaper and no extra costs

Hi Al Thank you for your review, it highlighted an issue with our paperwork that did say there was a cap on the data allowance of 1Tb. This was historical and should not have been there, rest assured we would not have applied this charge (in fact we never have). Shocking service you are bettwr off with 2mg sky line. Always dropping off and according to their cs its only accountable for internet speeds that are wired not wireless. wired conection is inconsistant we have approx 40% downtime. Avoid

Lost my landline no. that i had for 20 years... They were kept lying that it will be ported after one week. Buying time for 1r day period. Definitely there are liers in the company to get your business. This may be isolated incident but all doccumented.

6g reported that I was in the service range. They went through the process of arranging installation and then cancelled. They did this after they had taken funds and held it for over a week (probably accruing interest in their accounts). I would have preferred it if they did the appropriate checks before taking money from people.

Please be assured that we returned your set up fees as quickly as possible, in fact the fees we incurred taking and the refunding the payment to you would greatly outweigh any small interest accrued on it. Well, where to start. Been with 6g for 32 days. Out of those 32 days I've had no connection for 8 days. That's 25% downtime. So, not a good start. I've wasted hours on the phone to support, but with no solution except to switch off my router then back on. Seems to be the standard answer. None of this has solved the issue of no connection. I've been told that I must carry on paying for my non service otherwise it will delay an engineer visit to my house. They also told me that if any fault at my house is down to my equipment, then I must pay £200+ for a call out. All the equipment that has been installed has been supplied by 6g. The days it worked, it was a very good service, nice and fast. But as I work from home a couple of days a week I need a constant connection so will be cancelling this shambolic service and go back to Sky or another reliable service. Better the devil you know. Avoid at all costs.
