“Haven't had this bad of customer service in a long time. They have a display with cases of Monster already opened that I used to pick from because I can't have cold drinks. They older guy behind the counter literally yelled from the counter that I can't get them from there and I have to put them back and get them from the refrigerator in front of everyone and everyone heard him. There are no signs saying you can't pick them up from there and there are already open cases sitting there. I'm never coming back to this 7-eleven again. Was once my favorite store but not anymore. Been a long time since I've been disrespected like that.”
“The cashier kicked me out after purchasing $11.00 worth of merchandise while I was waiting 4 min for my uber. He had no reason, he just wanted me “out”, then when I asked for his name he knocked the phone out of my hand and pulled his out and started taking pictures of me.”
