“Engineer arrived late in the evening and kept me informed as to why he was delayed - he put the effort into resolving the boiler breakdown. He restored the boiler temporarily and will return with new parts. We had a positive experience with the engineer, and appreciate his efforts in helping our family. Our insurance policy couldn’t provide an engineer for three days so we had search online for a private engineer.”
