“Love what you're trying to achieve and you seem to take on board constructive criticism as I can see the changes made after my last feedback but I still feel that company has scope for improvement in relation to the loyalty program and use of discount codes (which don't always work for me).”

“Love the concept of the site but have found there is less variety than there used to be. Hoping this improves with time. I also find scrolling through the items the “add to cart” is button very sensitive and I have to continually remove things from my cart that were added accidentally. It’s quite frustrating and I just give up altogether sometimes. However I do try to support vegan businesses so i will persevere.”
